* PricingThe two starter prices above exclude taxes. These are for annual licenses, hosted in a secure multi-tenant MS Azure environment manged by Kim. Customers can choose to have their instance of Kim hosted in the UK, Europe or USA. All fees are payable annually in advance. All prices are quoted in $, but they are the same nominal value in £ and Euro (i.e. the starter package is $3,900, £3,900, €3,900 per annum plus taxes).
** Super UsersSuper Users are individuals who are ‘owners’ who create the master forms and templates in Kim Document. When ‘submissions per month’ or ‘storage’ limits are exceeded a Kim Document customer moves to the next plan level (i.e. if you are using the starter pack you will move to the standard package). If you are a heavy user of the campaigns functionality it may be advantageous to move to the Enterprise or Platform level.
*** Workspace UsersThese are an additional charge and have access to the Kim Workspace. This allows users to create documents and, internally or externally, share documents, send documents by email (via O365 integration), send links to capture information update documents. These users can also access the workspace via the browser, or from within their Teams or iManage environment, see all versions of any document created, set an alert on the record, preview the document, create suites of documents, copy record to update the underlying template with any new updates.
**** Weblink UsersThese users can click on a link that is made available to them (via email or from another system (i.e. Salesforce, Workday, SharePoint iManage. etc). Most of these users never see Kim so they have no new tool to learn. When these users click the link, they are presented with a webform. When they complete the form and submit, they receive a confirmation email that the form has been submitted including either a pdf copy of what they submitted or a Word/PDF document that they have self-served. Users can save drafts, add attachments, preview the form. The document can be auto-saved into the organizations repository. These users cannot access the Kim Workspace.
***** SubmissionsA submission is a unique use of a document not additional versions of that same unique document. For example, in January user A creates an NDA for a client (this is 1 submission). User A 'shares' the NDA with the client (the count remains at 1 submission and does not increase to 2). In January User B also creates an NDA for a client (this is 1 submission). User A 'shares' the NDA with the client (the count remains at 1 submission and does not increase to 2). In January there have now been 2 submissions to count against the submission per month total.
